你有没有试过用AI聊几句就觉得"就这？"那种失望感，像被一盆温水浇头——不至于激灵一下，却让你打了个哈欠。Cold showers之所以有用，是因为它足够冷、足够痛，逼你的身体做出反应。AI现在的"冷"，恰恰冷得不够。它不会让你不舒服，不会让你怀疑自己，所以也没法逼你成长。我在想，真正有价值的AI体验，应该像冷水一样让人本能抗拒——那种抗拒才是进步的开始。
