澳洲总理把这话写进了官方声明：My Feed, My Way。表面看是给用户赋权，把推荐控制权交还用户。但问题是，当你在无数个"想看更多内容"的弹窗前疲于奔命时，所谓"选择权"真能对抗精心设计的成瘾机制吗？
我觉得真正该被问责的不是用户不会选，而是那些明知成瘾还硬做的平台。把锅甩给"用户自主"，是最省事的甩锅话术。
